Cyclone Heart Invitational Competition

The annual Cyclone Heart competition is on again.  The competition includes both a Kumite (Sparring) and Self Defence component as in previous years.  Details of the competition are as follows;

• Venue: Hills District PCYC
• Date: September 11th
• Start Time: Juniors 9:00am, Seniors Midday.

For those wishing to compete ensure you complete and hand in a nomination form to Sensei Peter Hills ASAP.

A condensed and full set of rules for this years competition can be downloaded now.  All participants are encouraged to read and familiarise themself with the rules prior to the competition.
